Sponsorship slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 60 days before the October 16th, 2026 event date to ensure logo inclusion on printed materials such as banners, t-shirts, and swag bags. Digital placements (website and social media) can be added closer to the event.How do I submit my logo and branding materials?
After your sponsorship is confirmed, we will send you a simple onboarding email with file format requirements (typically PNG or vector PDF at 300 DPI or higher). Our team handles all placement and printing — you just provide the assets.How does the SEO backlink work?

The Title Sponsor is fully exclusive: only one company can hold naming rights to the entire tournament. Once these slots are claimed, they are closed. Yes. Businesses are welcome to combine tiers — for example, claiming a Hole / Tee Sponsor spot alongside a Contest Sponsor position. Each tier's benefits are independent. If you have questions about a custom package, note it in the Message field of the inquiry form and we will follow up.
